C-Land Group ("C-Land Group", "we", "us" or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have. It applies to this website and to the logistics, warehousing, fulfilment, customs and transport services we provide.
We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / in Dutch: AVG) and the Dutch GDPR Implementation Act (UAVG).
C-Land Group is the controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data (such as health or biometric data) through this website. Please do not send us such data unless we have specifically asked for it.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access, including encrypted connections (TLS), access controls on a need-to-know basis, secured and monitored premises with 24/7 security, backups, staff confidentiality obligations, and written data processing agreements with our suppliers. Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015.
If a personal data breach occurs that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the Dutch Data Protection Authority and, where legally required, you directly.
